If you haven't read the description of Distant Moons I urge you to now before I get too much further. Not the short one, the full description. Otherwise I can't guarantee that this will make perfect sense on some points. I'll do my best to make it as universal as possible but there's a full back story, that I quickly run through in the description, which is extremely important to the main character, Jake Flint, and his companions Luther, Natalie, and Orthos. The transition into this will seem a lot more fluid if you know basically what has already gone before this.
