I finally made some progress on issue 4 on the weekend, finishing pages 2 and 3. I know how sad that sounds but oh well. Hopefully things will pick up now. I'll definitely start off by posting only a page per week of issue 4 and I may need to take a couple weeks off from posting to get a buffer built up again.
