Dog the Spot: Marching On

After the last strip, I had a 3D model Dog the Spot, but not much to do with it, so I let Dog rotate off into time. Although, it took a further departure from my normal approach to do this. Normally, it's done entirely in a vector editing program. This time around, I used a 3D modelling program, a 3D rendering program, and two image editing program, in addition to the standard vector program. The effort doesn't seem to show.

This strip also marks the passing of Dog's first year on the interry-net thingy. Although, since the first 4 strips had been published in print in 1989, we still have a few to go before hitting the anniversary of Made for Web Dog the Spot strips. Still, this month also marks Dog's 18th birthday, given those 4 strips from 1989.

In celebration of the event, watch this space for some changes.
