Author notes
The day before I put this one together, I gave a presentation on the play I'm directing in November 2009. The Newcastle Mayor was there on stage with me at the time. I had a dreadful speech that I'd written. I changed my opening lines about a minute before I started the presentation, and thankfully, it worked well.
