My eyesight is what has kept me from drawing most of my comic strips by hand. Since I had cataract surgery and a retina detached shortly after the second cataract, I have different focal distances in each eye, one at about 10cm and the other at about 20cm. This makes it difficult to focus to a drawing implement on paper. After doing the first two Vessants with a brush, I changed to fine marker pens for this one. I'm determined to keep doing it on paper until I get it right.
