The joke in this one flew over people's heads when I originally posted it, and it might just do that again.
They're talking about two different kinds of 'yanks'… and two different kinds of 'hard', for that matter.
Loretta's 'bell's and whistles' line harkens all the way back to episode 49 (or at least, the bells part does).
