Even Josh knows when he's seen enough of his body parts exploding.

Also, technically "avulsion" when it relates to the human body is " a forcible separation or detachment; a tearing away of a body part accidentally or surgically" according to Merriam-Webster, and not an explosion of body parts, but… I dunno what the technical term for a body part exploding is, so… just went with what sounded like an impressive word.
