Don Josh #294: Frank Moves Things Along

In fairness, Frank still looks like he's high on drugs, and if watching Drug PSAs has taught me anything, it's that drugs always make you do stupid things all the time, and make everything in the world go horribly wrong forever. Also, a bunch of notable cartoon characters will appear in reality and sing songs to me about how I should say no to drugs that are so poorly written that by God, I'd never touch the stuff again for fear of a reprise.

Man, drugs must be terrible. >_>
