Don Josh #481: More Kicking And Stuff

I'm pretty sure at least one street fighter character has a move where they fly upward and do a tornado-looking kick like that, but I can't, for the life of me, remember which one… I know Ryu, Ken and their ilk have one where they spin and go sideways, and Chun-Li has one, albeit an upside downy one, but I can't recall who can do one that goes upward.

Maybe I'm just imagining it.
