And if any of you are interpreting that as me saying religion is stupid, you clearly need to read that poorly constructed sentence a little more closely.
Religion is not stupid. It has formed societies and given people something to beleive in and motivated generations of stories. I may not be big on it, but I wont' begrudge someone for having it. But in most cases, religion does involve accepting something as true for reasons that are not particularly rational.
Oh, and even in the thing they are comparing to religion WORKS, so… yeah. Make of that what you will, dear reader. Make of that what you will.
