Dad is taking Micah on a tour the office. What is former Mayor Sapo doing in Mayor Rat' chair? Grrr!

I actually witnessed something like this at the recent Texas Legislature. A former rep was sitting in the current rep's chair. I was told later that there has been critisim about the former actually running the office. Hmmmm… I don' make this stuff up - I just write and draw what I see.
