I got inspired by the Fallout 3 Death Claw gauntlet to make a character that was half a deadly lizard and half human.

The cause of a reptile serum that scientist and doctors are testing to use for growing back limbs on people and unfortunate children who lost them.(Dr. Connors anyone?) it was a success, but the side effects caused an unexpected result, that causes the subject to lose themselves. And thus the project was canceled for distribution and was needed to be revamped. But one dose of it made it away to a high school area, where- You guessed it where Meleon is. Being the unfortunate person of having lost his right arm and leg life was very hard on him and when thinking he's going for a flu shot, he gets the the needle with the serum in it, and it all goes on…
