I'd be surprised if anyone could guess who the announcer here is modeled after! Annoyingly, I noticed I ended up making a character that kind of resembles Metal Cooler a little, and now I can't see anything else!
That guy is actually part of a race of creatures known as "Resonators". There's a whole thing I've got written up for them, and somehow I doubt I'm ever going to get around to using any of it!
But, hey, Picka's having fun in the background at least (Probably celebrating being made into an actual character!)
