9-12 Can't Always Get What You Want

And here we have a page I almost immediately wanted to cut out the second I started working on it. It's long, there's so many panels, and it just seems like a big wasted effort. But hey, I'm no stranger to wasted efforts!
Thankfully, I've been reworking how I draw these pages, cuts down on the time wasted on multiple sketch layers quite a bit, hopefully without impacting art too much!
We do get a little more insight into where Cian's priorities lie though. The advantage of your job being saving the city is that it gives you quite a bit of leverage!
Anyway, they can finally start moving out to deal with Tan! Next time… More talking. But at least they're heading in the right direction!
