The gray dragon is obviously David McCrockagan. I think he's appeared in only a few other comic strips (and once he was in an egg in one strip) and has had very few speaking lines. So here he is in all his creepy glory. So yeah, he and Kim are twins. He's the only one in the family that has two colors. Everyone else is has only one.
