I don't know if you can really tell what's going on the first panel, but April is taking Liz's blood. Also, the punchline of this comic is an inside joke…like early Dragon City inside. It's kind of self-explanatory, but I'll go ahead and explain it…despite the fact that explaining sometimes ruins the joke, but here goes:


Sam was embarrassed that his parents had his aunt raise him because his parents were poor and could only raise his twin sister April. Fast forward several years to when Rachel and Sam meet. Not want to tell Rachel why his aunt raised him, he told Rachel that his immediate family died. And she believed him until she got her eyes examined by April, who thought the last name "Parrity" sounded familiar.

Something bothers me…I perceived this arc to be quite funny, but the response I've been getting is not what I've been expecting. Oh well, I guess I have a different taste in humor than some of you.
