You know…we at Dragon City have a lot of fun, but scale rot is not something we should take lightly. There are…um…a lot…of lizards afflicted by this…Eh. Who am I kidding?

I am not entirely sure what it is. It's like…an infection in the scale due to fecal matter and warm, damp environments. Or something like that. If you really care, you can Google it. From what I've read (skimmed) on websites is that it can be pretty embarrassing affliction for a lizard owner. Now imagine how bad it can be for a sentient lizard!

To be perfectly honest…I didn't do the research until AFTER I wrote the script for this comic. It just wasn't something I was all that worried about. Sounded good at the time.
