441) The Union 02: Dental Hygiene (With Ask Professor Rachel 84)

This comic and its arc has many firsts for the series:
-a dragon brushing its teeth
-a kid Rachel (because Rachel looked exactly like Sarah did, except with a squint and no glasses.) But…I do realize there was a special with her as a kid in it. I mean in the actual story. The special doesn't really count.
-which of the two characters (Rachel or her sister Sarah) are older.

And last time's comic showed Rachel's dad in color. There will be more firsts.

Also, Rachel's tail is angled the way it is for two reasons: it puts it in the shot. As I may have mentioned earlier, I like drawing tails. Secondly, she is probably very excited about meeting Sam, so the tail goes up a bit. Cats put their tails up straight up in the air when they're happy. Dragons don't because it's indecent and because they are bipeds.
