There are some other dragon religions that follow some of these doctrines, but Dracology is a bit stricter than those.

And there are some dragons (again, like Natasha) who don't follow them as strictly as others in the religion. Natasha would probably not be very nice to live with if her family followed the first doctrine. Her temper isn't as bad as Erin's, but still…
