You're probably wondering why Jix didn't simply leave a hologram Erin as a distraction. Well, she's just as secretive about being an alien as Erin is about being a dragon and leaving alien tech sitting around is a big no-no. (Then again, I have several Jix comics where Jix walks around with Lauren in public in her natural state.)
