The line, "this here is a handgun," seems silly…because it is. I was just making a reference to Godzilla: Final Wars. I knew no one would get it, so I didn't bother being coy about it. Right before Rodan attacks New York, there's this exchange between a cop and a thug and it's entirely in English…though not very good English. Despite all of this, the cop still needed dubbing because he kept saying the F word over and over.

But I digress, I find the scene funny, so I had to reference it.

Anyway, Sam's asthma isn't that bad if he didn't know about it or maybe he developed it, I dunno. Mine has been around since I was little.

Friday we will get a Halloween comic and Monday I'll continue the arc and Monday's will be fairly spectacular. I'm looking forward to drawing it. Though, I'm drawing a blank on Halloween comics for DC this year, so I may just go ahead and do the next comic…we'll find out Friday!
