I'm not sure how she got all that written on the board and in such little time.

Yeah, Erin only really talks to Natasha and Kim. Occasionally maybe David, Kim's brother. They're in Jr. High or the dragon equivalent, so she doesn't see Jonas, Beatrix, or Jennifer anymore. Not that she talked to them, anyway.
