Well, in Sam's defense, April isn't wearing underwear.And it seems like these NDSA are kind of incompetent, but hey…that's where a lot of the humor tends to be easiest to draw upon. It's either that or I keep making sexual jokes between Rachel and Sam. (Or I could be less lazy and try a joke elsewhere.)
