When writing this, it was less about giving Rachel her own confidence here and more about not being able to write an awkward enough moment between Rachel and Sam and therefore couldn't write in any advice for Erin to give.
So instead, she manages it by herself. Might be a better way to go in the long run.
Oh, and Erin? Smooth. Real smooth.
