1187. Gubernatorial Dragon 10: Campaign Manager

Announcement time: Starting in a couple of weeks (not sure when yet), Dragon City will be reduced down to two days a week: Monday and Wednesday.
But there is some good news. Something else will be starting back up when we make that transition. So…I'm giving up an update day, but not without some benefits.
By the way, Jack makes me think of Kelelder the Planet Thief from Jix for some reason. Could just be his scale color.
