1197. Gubernatorial Dragon 20: Packing

Wow…already up to 20 on this arc and I have no idea how long it's going to be from here. I think this is going to be the longest arc I've done for DC. But I'm having fun with this arc.
The only problem I'm having is that I'm not too familiar with the campaigning from the point of view of the candidate outside of TV (most of recent memories being Parks and Recreation), but I'm trying. (I'm not the most political inclined individual out there.)
