Part of me wanted the "granddaughter" thing to just be a one off joke, but then I decided that stories have consequences and whatever, so we're going to get into that a bit.
Besides, I feel we haven't seen Talbot enough.
And his campaign manager, Daphne, was meant to be kind of sexy, nerdy, assistant (or librarian). Not sure if that comes across (okay if that first one doesn't consider she's a dragon and all).
