Writing dialogue isn't that hard, but writing dialogue for like a movie or book within a comic is a bit harder. I guess because I'm in the mindset of Dragon City and not in Four by Two. If I sat and wrote that out, I'd probably have better dialogue for it.
The gist of that book/movie is basically what you saw in the Refugees arc minus the deputy mayor stuff and with more drama.
