I hate to break it to the Tibis/Elizabeth fans out there, but I had no intentions on them staying together. Cute couple, sure, but I didn't want Elizabeth to marry him. Derrick probably will get no screen time, but he is a doctor at the hospital Elizabeth is an intern at. She's about to become a doctor or is a doctor and about to start working on her own or something…I'm not sure how it works. I know on Scrubs, they were considered doctors while interning. So, she's Dr. Elizabeth Parrity.
