OK, Xara extracts herself from that embarrassing situation, bringing to bear some serious fire power!

Don't read too much into the color shift in the bottom panels. It's supposed to be dark outside and the muted colors I was using on the top still seemed too bright. So, I used that pallet while she was illuminating the scene, but shifted to shades of blue-green after she finished. I saw http://alexds1.deviantart.com/ alexds1 use a monochromatic set of blues in his comic "Meek" for a darkened forest scene and I've been thinking about it since.

As usual, Xara starts to freak out when she thinks she killed the Werewolf. Up to this time I don't she quite realizes it's Duncan.
