No this isn't when the Skeksis energy gets replenished, it's more likely the first moon of Ryuichi's 21'st birthday.
I'm a bit excited by this page. At first I wasn't exactly sure what Ryu's trial would be. Then it dawned on me… It need not be a single trial! Why not multiple trials! By elimination the winner is the next king!
But what about our shadowy Panther fellow and Jackie? Things should be a little clearer after the next page or two.
