Carla Regains Her Composure

Look I drew another crowd. So disappointing, there should be thousands of people there! The whole kingdom! But whatever.

As for Carla getting her vision now, I expect it's just serendipity. Xara has been exerting a healing effect on Carla for some time now. It's only a matter of time before her vision returned.
