Yes. Lunos did just get headbutted. It's not like there's much else Dae could do in that position, so he settled for giving him a bloody nose.

No, I'm not sure if he should have actually been able to do that considering the distance he was from Lunos' face and the fact that he probably wouldn't have been able to get much momentum. Thankfully, the laws of physics don't always need to apply quite right in fiction XD.
However, yes, Lunos is strong enough to hold Dae at eye level with one arm. Don't mess with the werewolf demons :P
