Emanations…
In the top panel, the echoes or reflections of the white woman's emanations begin to overlap, forming a mandorla (almond shape), otherwise known as a vescica pisces.
Below that, the envelope is opened, and light, energy pours out, perhaps the words or emanations from the top of 14, or even back from the previous chapter, on page 9. The light, the energy, the emanations fill the room.
