Page description:
Jimmy looking up at Nick, sees him standing at the edge and cries for Nick to destroy it. As Nick's look of evil, left over from when he ripped Denny's scalp off, and killed him. But… someone… something else is talking to him. As Jimmy sees Nick frozen, he once more screams for Nick to let it go… but it may be too late… as Nick begins to tie the sweater around his neck, once more.

Commentary:
And the Frodo metaphor is placed firmly in stone. This moment forever will haunt Nick's life, just as it will Frodo's, and while Nick will never travel to 'the promised land' or go to heaven as Frodo did… (well, the heaven thing is my estimation of what Toliken really meant in Frodo's final journey) but of course, not directly in the same way. Today of course, is Thanksgiving. I hope you all have tons of food, good conversation, and good times. Obviously hanging with family for some might not be as such, 'good', but… try to make the best of it, aye? The next few pages are already done in pencils, but I still need to complete the last 8 or 9 pages or so left. Usually an issue of D4K is only twenty-three pages long, at best, twenty-four, and instead, the final conflict is a whopping thirty pages or so. Being it delays getting to the conclusion, I'll try my darnedest to get to the point next time, but… lol… I felt that expanding it two or three more pages was much more worth it. This is a huge part of the D4K-continuity, and let alone, the climax and finale of the piece. "Chapter 6: The Journey Home" is more of an epilogue, and as such, I need to try to wrap everything up best I can here, while still raising some questions. And oooo baby, there will be some questions! Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving, and thanks again for reading D4K….
