Page description:
In the distance, as Charlie hangs his head in sadness and thought to whatever the preacher is reading, a small figure in the distance begins to appear from below the hill. As he draws closer, Charlie perks up and looks casually knowing someone is coming from behind. Whoever it is, has crutches… and is alone.

Writer/Creator Commentary:
Call me a sucker for a slow reveal, plus this page rocks.

Charlie by Matt is always so 'cute'. Really, Charlie is the visage of the whole issue almost until a certain point, and that point is about to come. I've been also pretty coy on the funeral; who is it for?

Lord of the Sweaters ended with numerous deaths, but who are our heroes for? In terms of the Heroes encampment, we never saw what happened to Drew Holkins, and we learned that Nathan Krahulik's long fall was caused by Penny, and last we left him, his fate was un-easy. He was spitting up blood. And Penny… sadly she fell in going after the one sweater in a vat of hot bubbling bleach.

So who is it?
