Such excellently disgusting visuals, I can't imagine it coloured.
 
Yes, the images themselves are disturbing, but just the use of b&w alone is jolting. Wow the level of detail, the textures…. it's like a cross between Frank Miller and George Perez. I thought this was phenomenal.
