The art is fantastic!  I love the work that goes into the backgrounds, especially.  The series shows wonderful promise!
 
It's so fun to read both with the visuals and the pacing and mood.
 
This is what I would call a clean, finished (in the way the pages are done) "package".  It's dynamic and cinematic, there is not lack of backgrounds in order to give the reader perspective.
 
The top nominee by popular vote was Harkovast.
