Critics Acclaim
 
The characters definitely stand out from each other. I like that the comic mimics the real world in that no two people have the same hair and skin shade.
 
I feel that Peipei's designs are most effective for the medium. They are effective at telling the story and helping readers follow along and understand who is who in a largish cast.
 
Honorable Mention

Finally, I would like to give an honorable mention. When I was assembling the judging forum, I copy/pasted the wrong list of nominees for this category. The judges ended up judging the category twice due to this. The “winner” from the first time around was TranNeptunian by El Cid.
