Critics Acclaim
 
Jupiter has a very intricate society and historical feel to it. It is certainly a better approach to AI than what I've seen in movies with robots that are 'alive'. The personalities of the robotics doctor as well as Jupiter and Blue are very distinct and I appreciate the time taken to explain some psychometrics/psychological tennets along the way and factor them into the plot. 
 
Jupiter is a bit like Bicentennial man but I like that. It's been done very much in the genre but it has rarely been done *right* and Jupiter does it right. In that sense, the story is more textbook-science fiction and delivered better than many a creator has managed, Hollywood included.
