The visuals are very helpful in following the premise presented most of the time. The art complements the abstraction required but also the concreteness necessary to convey the message and some of it really brings out a feeling of magnificence 
 
The Author let you know where he was going from the beginning, and basically laid out the steps he was going to take getting there.  And take them he did, all the way to the end!  It's only 72 pages but that's all he was ever shooting for - it's a completed piece of work!
