The world of Demon Eater is like a nightmare come to life. It's haunting and surreal, and governed by its own predatory logic. It takes you way outside of your comfort zone and forces you to accept as normal things we would normally find horrifying.

The art is a weird style, but it's also rather endearing. The lightness of some design and humour of set the darkness of the story.
