Khthonis is something of a contrast, she's like Conan and Wolverine, a character of action, grit and determination. We've already gotten to see who she is even if we haven't learned her history yet.

It's a really hard decision to make. In my opinion, both stories are in their beginning and both characters have already given us enough nuance and intrigue, as well as vividness to warrant the award. If I absolutely had to choose right now, at this point in both the comics, I'd go with Khthonis. I feel in the few pages yet we've gotten to know her more in a more vivid way.
