The mystery premise already gets me hooked. And it absolutely sells me with its Ligotti-esque narration and eerie comic layout, style and atmosphere.

There's definitely a solid noir vibe to this entire comic. The atmosphere is drab and unsettling, and every character has their own issues to deal with.
