On the “at the therapist” topic, I had picked up on lothar's idea of addressing the AI matter: The therapist, HAL is an artificial intelligence. And that's what he really is! The complete conversation took place literally so between Giselle and an all-known AI whose name I need not mention. I did not change anything in the text and only added a few pictures.
Even the self-luminous photo wallpaper with “a cozy room with a stove, samovar and panoramic windows, behind which the vastness of a Siberian landscape” should be visible, was generated by an AI (DreamStudio / StableDiffusion).

Without all that AI, the plot would certainly have turned out much more dramatic, but hey! At least this way Giselle could pass her psychological aptitude test smoothly.
