This is by marine he does his comic here on DD daily, and contributed an astonishing 16 pages of undead action.

Marine says "This is my entry into the Drunk Duck zombies crossover. I think its really great personally. I tried to do some good work here, and I think it really shows. I changed the ending to something more final than the silly Sopranos parody ending I put up the other day. It seemed like no one got that joke, and those that did were silent about it. I came up with a version of my original suicide ending, which parodies writers who end their short stories with characters suicide, because they can't think of anything better to do with them.

I have to say, I've had so much fun doing zombie stuff. I've done post apocalyptic, 80s, superheroes, film noir, and now I can add zombies to my long list of genres I've worked with. After all I did have the #1 horror comic on Drunk Duck. I'll probably do more pages like this over on own slice of the internet this Halloween with the same title card in the first panel and backdrop of a zombie invasion.

Like with all of my latest comics, I left backgrounds out to leave it up to your imagination. My artwork is rather somewhat kinda possibly some argue etc limited to caricature/surrealism which doesn't hinder the type of stories I do over in my comics, but it does limit my more ambitious titles. If I had an accomplished penciler to collaborate with I could do some real damage. Maybe some other time.

I just thought this would be a nice fun story to do. Nothing too vulgar or too obscene and low brow. Still kind of in bad taste and lowbrow. And I need to change the alleged boobies in the first panel, which this page has the re-design of. Any questions about the zombie work, I'm open to answer. Anything. See if you can spot all the zombie movie refrences. It quite long. Whats even longer is the list of ones I cut out like a coming to get you Barbara line from a guy who looked like Bill Mosley (who says it like fifteen times in the Tom Savini remake of Night of the Living Dead) dressed sort of like Chop Top from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2, with the creepy beard from Devils Rejects. Another one I cut was a sub plot of two pages with Buttman the Wizard doing silly stuff. Maybe I'll release it later this year. Some bits of his subplot are still around with his wonderful appearance in the story. I knew I wanted to do the zombie joke with him biting someone. He just sort of shows up. The subplot has him in his tower talking about how he feels bad about summoning up the zombie curse (although he probably didn't, as he's not that great of a wizard, much like how White Devil says the zombies are caused by Satan, he is wrong)

I think I stopped counting at 23 indirect movie refrences (zombie and otherwise), two to video game zombie appearances and one to a British TV show that had zombies in an episode. So see if you can spot all those, and you'll earn nothing, aside from my respect of your zombie/horror film knowledge. Thanks for reading my zombie story!

It looks like its slow to upload my revisions to the final page for some reason. So over here is the page. If it still shows the black ones."
