There's not much to say, except that today's the second half of my finals in Asian Cuisine. Its the individual part, so I'm rather nervous. Its not only individual, but an Iron Chef… and for the love of me, I hope I don't freeze like last time.

Granted, I snapped out of it in time to finish the task and with flying colors, but I hate, absolutely HATE having to rush through things. Instinct's good and all, but I like to have options. I mean, what if the lemongrass fusion would have tasted funky in that creme brulee? I wouldn't have had enough time to start over!

But seriously, that was the best creme brulee I've had too. Lemongrass. Who would've thought it'd be that yummy in a custardy goodness?
