Based on a true story too! Oh, I wanted to strangle that lady so bad. I had *just* put in the last handful of straws in front of her, turned around when I hear

"Excuse me, where are you straws?" only to have it proceed by "There aren't any straws. Can I get straws?"

This, was not, by far, the worst thing that ever happened to me on the job.
