I remember trying to upload this back in November and failed miserably.

One of my most darling friends in the world and I played hooky for the weekend and drove up to Capitola, CA. It was so much fun – getting lost, among of all sorts of fun intoxication (Do as I say, not as I do kids – SAY NO TO DRUGS!) and almost getting arrested.

Anyway, we got to Capitola when we really wanted to visit Pismo but I'm guessing we must have gone the wrong way. We got into town just in time for us to have a quick dinner and rush out to the beach to watch the sunset. As you guys can tell, D&C made their appearance at the beach.

Then again, D&C has been there from the beginning of class last April and Denise has seen it evolve from just doodles on the margins of my notes to this really sweet bond between the two of us.

I'm so going to get Chicken tattooed on me in homage to Denise. All because of Capitola.



PS. Chickens ALWAYS smile. Well, with the exception of when they're getting slaughtered for food. Mmm. chicken.
So, yeah.. here you go you guys. A quick filler while I finish getting things set up for April. Once school's over I'll have more time for the strip, I know it.
