I stopped drawing almost two months ago because of pain in my hand. I thought if I let it rest for a bit, it'd go away.
Days of pain turned to weeks of pain and things suddenly got worse a week ago. Unable to take it anymore, I finally bit the bullet and went to the doctor (I HATE doctors/hospitals with a passion.. maybe its a bit of a phobia?).
Turns out I have really bad tendinitis, meaning that the tendons of my wrist/elbow are severely strained. I am unable to draw/write/do much of anything period because this damned splint prevents me from doing anything and the band at my elbow helps a bit. The main problem is that all this lovely splinting is making me work my arm in a funky fashion and I think it is starting to affect the tendons below my bicep.
Oh the irony. -.-
Anyway, enjoy the Left handed doodles for now. If you guys don't mind the shakyness so much I'll keep it up but updating when I draw with my left hand is super slow process. I haven't written with my left in years. Mostly because I got scared out of doing so. (Maybe that should be a comic of its own.)
anyway, I decided to start a journal of sorts in my leftie adventures..
